MEET OUR GUEST:
Dr. Meaghan Kirschling has a passion for education and integrative health! She has both an allopathic and alternative medical background, receiving a Doctor of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University, a B.S. in Nursing and Exercise Science from Valparaiso University, a Masters in Nutrition from the University of Connecticut Bridgeport, and a Masters of Nursing in Women's Health from the University of Cincinnati. Her background in healthcare is comprehensive and includes working as a floor nurse on the Organ Transplant Unit at the University of Minnesota Fairview Hospital and working as a functional medicine doctor at Synapse: Center for Health and Healing. In 2010, she was granted an incredible experience to be one of the first two chiropractic physicians working for the Army overseas. She moved to Germany and worked at Baumholder Health Clinic, where she helped to create an integrative environment by working closely with MDs, DOs, PTs, and others. Her passion for education is evident through both her constant ongoing seminar and class participation, but also by her being a faculty member at the University of Maryland where she teaches health science classes. Dr. Meaghan is so excited to provide comprehensive care to her patients. Her clinical expertise spans from digestive health, women's health and hormones, and chiropractic care.
