Joanne P. Tangney graduated from the University of Maryland with an Undergraduate Degree in Social Work and obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Temple University. In 1990, she Co-Founded Success Rehabilitation, Inc. and currently resides as the President & CEO of the organization. Ms. Tangney has dedicated her entire professional career to working with individuals who have an acquired brain injury. Ms. Tangney sits on the Board of Director’s for the Rehabilitation Community Providers Service Organization (RCPSO) and RCPA Board of Directors (Rehabilitation Community Providers Association) and is an active member of this organization to ensure that the needs of individuals with brain injuries are addressed at the State level. Ms. Tangney was named Lehigh Valley Business’s 25 Women of Influence Award Winners 2018. The Women of Influence awards honors women business leaders for their contributions to their companies, industries, and communities.

Stefanie Bauman graduated from Muhlenberg College with Undergraduate Degrees in Psychology and Elementary Education. After teaching elementary school, she worked in various social services agencies including the National MS Society and then transitioned to working for about 17 years in the mental health field. In 2012, Stefanie began working at Success Rehabilitation as the Director of Admissions. In 2013, she earned her certification as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist and maintains this certification. She has been and continues to be an active participant in the RCPA Brain Injury Committee, is an attendee of the Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Board, and is co-chair of the Brain Injury Association of PA Annual Conference. Having experienced being a family member of a TBI survivor since July 2000 gives Stefanie a unique perspective when working with new clients and family members. She is honored to do the work she does at Success Rehabilitation and loves to have the opportunity to blend her professional work with her passion for supporting those who have experienced a traumatic brain injury.
