SLEEP is probably the Most Important thing that you can Give to Yourself following TBI. RESTFUL Sleep, that is. FORGET Sleeping Pills, simply take a Shower or Bath before going to bed, then CLEAR your Brain. Let it go, Just Breathe (always Inhale through your Nose, then Blow it ALL OUT!).
